Buenos Aires Last Minute Decision to Nix Spring Time Change

In a last minute decision (well, actually it was a couple of days), Buenos Aires decided to not spring forward with the scheduled national time change. In hopes of decreasing power use, the giant city is deciding to follow Bariloche’s lead on not messing with the clocks.
So, in true Argentine fashion…nunca se sabe!
