Foreign Investor Assistant
December 18th, 2007 Posted in business, real estateWritten by Jamie
I am happy to announce that I am available to assist foreigners interested in property in the Bariloche Area.
As a foreigner living in Argentina full time since 2005, I can share with the investor my first hand experiences. Since we have both bought and sold property in 3 provinces, as well as starting up several businesses, I will offer the investor a realistic perspective of how things operate in Argentina. Additionally, I love to scout out and find special properties and hidden gems in the area.
I strongly believe that real estate in this part of the world offers great opportunity. Not only are there excellent values to be found but the tourism and economy of the area are growing every year as well. One other bonus: most of the property is located inside a national park and is environmentally protected. Patagonia truly is one of the last great unspoiled landscapes.
I am very excited to have this opportunity to share my experiences with others.

To those interested in property in Argentina. Jamie helped my wife and I buy a property in Buenos Aires. We couldn’t have done it without him, very knowledgeable, resourceful, and well connected.
Good luck.

Am a college professor looking to retire with my wife in a few years with my pension in dollars(know where this is going?). I do speak spanish, having lived as a boy in South America. My desire is to avoid hot, humid weather and be near water…I do not mind warm weather as long as it is dry. Love red wine, red meat and natural beauty as well as the latin life style. Have any thoughts or suggestions?

Hi Philippe,
Sounds like you should take a trip to the Lakes District and investigate further. The US Dollar still goes very far here, and the wine, meat and beauty are all top notch. If you want to chat more, feel free to email or call me.
Suerte, Jamie
