como no:why not. This is a way of acknowledging something. 

You: “Me trae otra cerveza por favor”

Waiter: “Como no”

    I love these phrases. My daughter taught me one this week.

    “Que papa..”

    Apparently “What a potato” translates to “oh how easy”.

    She had me completely baffled when she said..

    “Pero papi, que papa es manejar.”

    After a little Q and A, I figured out what it meant.

    waiter: ¡como no¡….of course (in this case)…not why not?.

    Yup, “Como No” is, I think, typically Argentine. When we visited my wife’s family in Chile, her teen nephew would ask me for something at the table (a coke or something to drink) and I’d respond “Como No…”, and he would have a look like saying “what on earth does he mean??”
