Dollars Continues to Climb Against Argentine Peso

As the Dow Jones continues its downward spiral, closing at it’s lowest point since 1997, I find it interesting the US Dollar continues to strengthen against the peso.

As of today, the US Dollar is now worth 3.54 pesos, the highest level since 2002.

According to this article in Bloomberg, the influx of dollars from grains importers has slowed down in advance of government talks scheduled for later this week.
