In today’s ANBariloche.com, there is an article about Bariloche Apartments values. The study was conducted in 24 localities throughout the interior (not Buenos Aires). It found Bariloche led in raising apartment prices from one year ago, at 25%. The average yearly increase was 22%. The average cost per square meter of apartments in Bariloche was US$1,380. That translates into about US$128 a square foot.
The article also said some of the apartments have been bought by investors to be put on the rental market as there is a high demand for apartment rentals. The study also found that since 2003, apartment prices in all 24 areas grew by an average of 169%.
