How warm does it get in the Summer in Bariloche? It seems like it gets into the low 70s each day, but not much warmer. Do you miss the heat?

Hola Mike,
It can get into the 80’s, though not very often.
We aren’t much of heat people. We much prefer the coolish temps.

Hi Jamie,
I’m from Argentina and stranded in the Bethesda, Md since 2001. This time of year I get so home sick for Bariloche. I start to remeber the beautiful blue lakes mixed with the intenes blue sky and snow capped mountains… This time of year they most beautiful flowers start to blum… Wish I were there. I really enjoyed your pictures, especially the “Sailing into Summer” one. Do you think you could take some pictures of Amancay & Lupine flowers & of Sequoia Trees? Have you been to Colonia Suiza? I went camping with a friend one summer an there was a tea house on the beach. It had the best cakes!
Talk to you soon,
Mariana
