Farm Strike-The Latest

Late Friday and into Saturday, the government met with the farm union to negotiate the new export tax. During that time, the farmers agreed to suspend their strike.

According to this article, ┬áthe talks didn’t go so well. The farmers have reinstated their strike, and so far, no word from the government.

Regarding the cacerolazos, aka pot bangers, they had 3 nights of protesting and have taken a break as well.

I searched on YouTube and came across some pot banging. It kind of reminds me of a Dead Show or something, seems more festive that I would envision a protest to be. Special thanks to Longhorn Dave for the footage.
