Spring Snow

Well, I suppose stranger things have been known to happen…
What a peculiar winter it was, with one of the lowest recorded amounts of snowfall in recent years…and now spring. It seems that the Snow Gods are trying to make up for the lack in frozen precipitation by giving us a mighty spring snow storm.
I woke up this morning to a fresh blanket of snow. The weather forecast is calling for continuing snowfall, increasing on Sunday.
I guess I put my skis away too soon.
