How to Recognize a Counterfiet Bill

While riding in a taxi in Buenos Aires the other day, the driver told us some interesting information.
In fact, many of the taxistas in BA have a story to tell, if you ask them.
Anyway, he explained to us that it is very easy to determine if Argentinian paper money is fake or not. If you look at the bill straight up and down, the number in the left hand corner will be green. If you turn the bill 45 degrees, the number becomes blue. Sure enough, I tried it and it is easy to confirm.
