As we mentioned before in a post we did about the eco-friendly resort, Peuma Hue, we were lucky enough to get some interview one-on-one time with owner, Evelyn Hoter.

Peuma Hue is a land of magic, connection and tranquility. It is such an amazing setting that it is hard to capture in words…although if anyone is able to give sparkle to the verbal description of Peuma Hue, Evelyn can.

Listen as she lets us in on what it was like to create an abandoned 500-acre parcel into a five-star, earth-friendly retreat, how the land changes its guests and what it was like when a condor flew into her garden.

Thanks Evelyn for sharing your amazing story!
