Headin’ in to Them There Hills

We have been trying to find the time where Bergen, Jamie and I could go into the mountains and do a backpacking trip on a new trail (or at least new to us). It has been a very busy summer and even though I was able to scrape together some time to go with Bergen in January, it has been difficult for Jamie and I to find matching times slow in work. But we finally have. Yeah!
So, despite the blustery wind and moments of rain in the past week, we are heading into el bosque. We will be sure to give a trip report when we get back.
