Argentines are a resourceful bunch. We used to joke that Juan, our caretaker from the farm, was the ultimate McGyver, but on an Argentine budget. He could make something special out of the most basic items.

We were driving on the back roads of Patagonia not long ago and came across this structure. 

What a great way to use plastic bottles. Not only are they water and wind proof, but make for a nice interior light when the sun shines through them just right.
